I believe that yoga can offer everybody enjoyment and benefits for the body and mind. If you've ever thought (like me) that 'yoga is not for me' then please think again.


I aim to offer a safe, welcoming space whatever your experience, to take time for yourself, have some fun and meet other like-minded individuals.

Why yoga?

I discovered the personal benefits of yoga as a means of improving my physical and mental wellbeing. Having experienced this personally as a supplement to other forms of physical practice, I became curious about the wider benefits that regular yoga can offer. 


My approach is to offer a practice based in functional movement that promotes mobility and strength for long term wellness. Flowing movement and simple poses are combined with a focus on breathing (Vinyasa Yoga).


I believe that yoga can offer us a sense of calm, connection and balance within our modern busy lives. Come and join me to see for yourself....... !

  • Inclusive 60 min class open to everyone
  • Ideal for those new or returning to yoga
  • Classes develop technique with gradual progression 
  • Vinyasa Yoga 
  • Modifications and options 
  • Bring a yoga mat, water and an extra layer (props provided)

qualifications

so I can share Yoga and grow with you......

I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), the UK's leading Yoga Organisation. I have recently completed the BWY Diploma in Yoga Teaching (500 hrs). This qualification covers all aspects of yoga including yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation and relaxation. 

I am First Aid certified and fully insured to teach yoga classes.
